Geoff Sansom's practice is concentrated primarily in probate, guardianship, and elder law as well as civil litigation. Geoff manages a substantial probate and guardianship caseload throughout the State of Texas that includes all forms of testate and intestate

succession, as well as bringing suit against and defending executors, administrators, trustees, and guardians.

Geoff has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in both state and federal court and while he works hard to get cases resolved without going to trial he will not hesitate to take a case to trial when the need arises.
