Stuart Ian Levin and John H. Atwood formed Levin & Atwood, L.L.P. in February of 1998. Both attorneys had been solo practitioners in Katy and met by chance when both became charter members of the Katy Bar Association. Their objective in starting the firm was to build a high-quality business boutique law firm in Katy/West Houston/Fort Bend County area. The firm quickly expanded its client base by offering high quality legal services to its clients at reasonable prices. Stuart and John were both raised in an environment of family owned businesses and this background has led them to develop a firm philosophy of providing proactive solutions to the firm’s client’s legal problems without charging the clients hidden charges and fees for such solutions. The firm currently includes six attorneys practicing in business/transactional, corporate setups, litigation, family, probate, entertainment, real estate, and wills trusts and estates.
